Socialism has been thrown around as such a dirty word- by all the wing nuts, and by the GOP Senators & Representatives.

Its history as a slur originates with its association with Communism- wrong, but historic, nonetheless.

Here in Winters, all of our residents pay a flat fee for water, no matter how much we use, or don't- S-o-c-i-a-l-i-s-m.

Here in Winters, all of our residents pay a flat fee for sewer, no matter how much we flush, or don't-

Churches: no matter how much you give, you get all they
