Judicial Impartiality...

x
The Supreme Court ruled today that contributions to a judge's campaign may rise to the level of causing a recusal from cases involving the contributor and/or his company.

Four of the five Justices of the GOP- the party of big corporations, big business, deregulation, and business scandals extraordinaire said "no- just because a judge got big bucks does not mean his decisons are suspect".

Sacramento native Anthony Kennedy joined with the common sense block of the Court to say that perception is reality, that the integrity of the Courts system is imperative, and that judges are just like elected officials all across our land who must recuse themselves in just those same situations- where there is a financial gain or interest.

How could such a decision NOT be unanimous?
