Obviously, I was hoping for the best when I weighed in earlier on Michael Jackson's illness.
Sadly, one of the greatest talents, and yes, one of the great eccentrics, of my lifetime, is dead at the age of 50. He was 4 years younger than I.
I have always been a fan, which is why I did not need to look up what I thought was his worst, yet briefly-popular, song in "Ben".
Rest in Peace, Michael- you deserved it, and you finally found it.
